Top Corporate Christmas Party Themes 2025
October 4, 2023
The holiday season is just around the corner, and what better way to celebrate with your colleagues and clients than by hosting an unforgettable corporate Christmas party? Inject a burst of creativity and excitement into your festivities by embracing a themed Christmas party that will have everyone talking for years to come.
Corporate Christmas Party Themes
From classic winter wonderlands to innovative twists, we've rounded up some top corporate Christmas party themes to make your event truly stand out. And there's no better venue to bring these themes to life than The Brewery. Let's dive in and explore the possibilities!
The roaring 20s
Transport your corporate Christmas party back in time to the Roaring 20s with a theme that oozes glamour, decadence, and elegance. Think Great Gatsby with flapper dresses and sharp suits as well as art deco accents, feathered centerpieces, and vintage props.
Why not set the mood with a jazz band playing swinging tunes, and incorporate 1920s cocktails and cuisine, like martinis and oysters, to complete the experience. From Charleston dance-offs to a Gatsby-inspired photo booth, your corporate celebration will epitomize the extravagant spirit of the Roaring Twenties.
Enchanted Winter Wonderland
Transport your guests to a world of magic and charm with an enchanted winter wonderland theme. Adorn your venue with shimmering fairy lights, glistening snowflakes and elegant white and silver decorations.
To add to the evening’s elegance, request your attendees dress in formal whites, silvers and blues, or, for a more jovial event, encourage winter-themed costumes, such as ice queens and snowmen. Serve up signature winter cocktails like Frosty Martini or Sparkling Snowflake, and offer a hot cocoa station with a range of toppings.
Las Vegas Glamour
Roll out the red carpet and give your corporate Christmas party a touch of glitz and glamour with a Las Vegas-themed celebration, such as our Golden Palms Lounge & Casino in 2018. Invite your guests to dress up in their finest Vegas attire, from tuxedos to showgirl-inspired gowns.
To add to the ambience, decorate your venue with classic gold, white or black accents, with casino-style games and use unique neon lights to add a touch of excitement. Feature a cocktail bar serving drinks such as Poker Face and Monte Carlo, and set up a photo booth complete with fun hats, oversized playing cards and fuzzy dice.

Ugly Sweater Extravaganza
Embrace the hilariously tacky tradition of ugly Christmas sweaters and turn it into a playful corporate Christmas party theme. Encourage your attendees to wear their most eye-catching and comical holiday sweaters.
Decorate the venue with oversized garlands, quirky ornaments, and mismatched holiday décor, alongside festive treats and cocktails with quirky names, such as Sweater Spritzer or Tinsel Tonic.
Cabaret
Be captivated by the glittering world of Cabaret; pay homage to this long-forgotten theatre and bring it back to life. Here at The Brewery, we love the cabaret theme and transformed the venue into the mysterious Goodnight Cabaret’s forgotten theatre.
Transport your guests to the smoky, enchanting world of the theatre and begin by setting the stage with red velvet curtains and dimmed lighting, evoking the ambience of a cabaret club. Encourage attendees to embrace the theme by dressing in vintage cabaret-style attire, from corsets and feathers to top hats and canes. Why not serve French cuisine and signature cocktails, like absinthe and champagne, to complete the experience.

A Whimsical Nutcracker Fantasy
Draw inspiration from the beloved holiday ballet and bring the enchanting world of The Nutcracker to life with a whimsical Nutcracker fantasy theme. Decorate the venue with ballet-inspired elements, such as cascading ribbons, nutcracker figurines and ballet slippers. Encourage guests to dress as characters from the story, like toy soldiers, sugar plum fairies, and mice. Craft a menu with treats like Clara's Nutcracker Cookies and Snowflake Pretzels.

How Does The Brewery Come Up With Creative Ideas for Christmas
Why is the theme never about Christmas?
The tradition of having an end-of-year party has always been about celebrating the past year’s achievements, having fun and letting your hair down, not necessarily about celebrating Christmas. We believe that having a theme allows all your guests to experience something different from a normal night out and gives them the opportunity to dress up and really become part of the experience.
Our themes are never specifically about Christmas as we want the parties to be inclusive for everyone to enjoy. Plus, in December, no matter where you go, we are all surrounded by Christmas decorations and music – we want to provide a different experience. But don’t worry, we still make sure that there is plenty of festive magic and spirit in everything we do for those who want it.
What is the process The Brewery follows to generate creative ideas for the Christmas theme each year?
We go through a long process when choosing our Christmas theme to make sure it’s right. First off, we try and identify recent and up-and-coming cultural trends as we want the chosen theme to resonate with people. Secondly, we look at what we’ve done in the past, picking and choosing the best bits that people really loved and using them as starting points.
Finally, we’re not ashamed to say that we also borrow some ideas we see at other events. At The Brewery, we host over 600 events a year and so many can provide fantastic inspiration for Christmas, as well as give us an insight into the latest industry trends.
How far in advance does The Brewery start planning for the Christmas theme?
We always try and be one step ahead of the game and plan as far in advance as possible. Usually, we start to think about ideals approximately 16 months in advance as we need to have next year’s concept ready for when the current year’s parties roll around. For example, we already know our theme for 2025 (The Midnight Carnival) concept now, and next summer, we’ll be looking at 2026!
For us, we’ve found it very important to be organised as we get many new and repeat clients looking to book for the following year, and we don’t like to disappoint.
Does The Brewery collaborate with external suppliers to bring the Christmas theme to life?
Yes! We work with a number of partners to bring our event to life, including:
- Encore for our AV services
- Table Art for our table decorations
- Creative Draping for our room décor
- Hybrid for our grand floral entrances and decorations.
We also work very closely with Young Guns, Peloton and Hogarth for the entertainment element of our corporate Christmas parties.
Can you share some examples of particularly successful or memorable Christmas themes?
I would have to say one of our most recent successful themes was in 2022 when we created our fictional 70’s New York Nightclub, ‘The Fairytale of New York’. We really put a lot of effort into creating the back story and brand for the club to make the guests really feel like they were stepping back in time, taking part in a piece of history and having the chance to visit their own Studio 54.
For me, two of the most memorable Christmas events held at The Brewery were ‘An Extraordinary Evening in Peculiar Wood’ and ‘Enchantment’. For both of these events, we created amazing content, working with external artists to bring the event to life. For example, we worked with the super-talented puppeteers from War Horse to bring the story of Terry the Fox to life for Peculiar Wood and create huge paintings that interacted with each other for Enchantment.
Is it possible to have a custom-themed corporate party at The Brewery during Christmas?
Unfortunately not. As we theme the whole venue throughout December so it’s a fully immersive experience, it is very difficult to change that to a custom-themed party. We can, however, offer exciting and special extras to enhance your corporate Christmas event such as fun entertainment ideas and creative catering additions.
